What we collect
When you speak with The Home Company through the voice concierge, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, contact information, property address, budget, timeline, neighborhoods of interest, and whether you are buying or selling. That is the extent of it: this site has no forms and asks for nothing you do not say out loud.
Voice conversations
Voice interactions on this site are handled by BizRnR, the voice receptionist platform that powers our live concierge. Conversations may be processed, transcribed, and summarized so we can understand your request, route it to the right principal, and follow up appropriately. The voice concierge is the only lead-capture path on this website.
How we use it
Only to serve your real estate needs: responding to your inquiry, preparing valuations, matching you with homes and neighborhoods, and following up about buying or selling. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to lists you did not ask for.
Third parties
Voice, transcription, and concierge features are provided through BizRnR and its voice infrastructure partners. Privacy-respecting analytics may be used to understand site performance and concierge engagement. No third-party scripts load before you interact with the page.
